0.5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
Water (As Required)

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin
0.5 tsp Nigella Seeds
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Amchoor powder
1 tsp coriander powder
4 Large & mashed potatoes
1 tsp pickle Masala
2 Green chilies (Chopped)
Salt (As Needed)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil (As Needed)

Directions for Dough:

First of all, take a bowl. Add whole wheat flour, salt, oil, and then mix well with the help of your hands by adding water gradually. Kneed a dough and leave it for 30 minutes

Directions for Paratha:

First of all add oil in a pan, then add fenugreek seeds, cumin, & fry for a while

Then add Nigella seeds, red chili powder, Amchoor powder, coriander powder, cook for a while

Then add, boiled & mashed potatoes & pickle Masala & cook well

Now add Chopped Green chilies, salt, coriander leaves, & cook well

Now take the dough (which we have prepared above) & make a round chapatti

Complete the panification process, keep applying oil at the both sides ( which is necessary for making paratha)

Your tasty Achari Aalo paratha is ready to serve
