Pakora Batter: | |
1 Cup Baisan (Gram flour) | |
0.5 tsp Baking soda | |
0.75 Cup Pani (Water) | |
15-20 Hari mirch (Green chilies) | |
0.5 tsp Namak (Salt) | |
0.75 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed | |
1 tbs Cooking oil | |
Mozzarella cheese grated as required | |

Bowl mein namak,dhania powder,zeera,achar gosht masala,lemon juice aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Mash aloo mein lal mirch powder,chaat masala,namak aur hara dhania dsal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein baisan,namak,baking powder,zeera aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur smooth batter tayyar ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Chilies ko dho lein,pat dry karein aur seeds nikal lein.
Green chilies mein masala mix or mozzarella cheese with masala mix dal dein,potato coating sa coat ker lein phir pakora batter mein dip ker lein.
Yehe process follow karein aur baqi mirchein bhi tayyar ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden brown fry ker lein.
