0.5 tsp Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) | |
10-15 Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped | |
1 pinch Yellow food color (optional) | |
1 tsp Corn flour | |
0.5 Cup Cream | |
10-15 Badam (Almonds) chopped | |
0.75 Cup Cheeni (Sugar) | |
2 tbs Pani (Water) | |

Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein phir halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Elaichi powder,badam,kaju aur cheeni dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Yellow food color dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Pani mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka dissolve corn flour shamil karein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Room temperature per anay tak thanda ker lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Thanda hunay tak 3-4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Serving glass mein colored jelly,tayyar doodh aur dry nuts dal ker thanda serve karein.
