Ingredients
- 0.5 KG Keri’s/Ripped Mangoes (Sliced)
- 1 Cup Water
- 0.5 KG Sugar
- 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Salt
- 0.5 Tsp Roasted Cumin
- 0.5 Tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 0.5 Tsp Red Pepper (Crushed)
- 1 Tsp Nigella Seeds
- 0.5 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 0.5 Cup Vinegar
Directions
1. Cut the Keri’s/Ripped mangoes into small slices
2. Add water & Keri’s in a cooking pot, then cook for 10 minutes with medium flame
3. Then add sugar, ginger powder, cook for 10-12 minutes
4. Now add black salt, roasted cumin, crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, nigella seeds, red chili powder, cook again for 20 minutes by adding vinegar
5. Keri/Mango Chutney is ready
6. Serve it with paratha/Fried Naan
