- 1 medium Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped
- 0.25 tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
- 0.5 tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder)
- 1 large Aloo (Potato) peeled & grated
- 0.25 tsp Namak (Salt)or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed to sprinkle
- 2 tbs Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- 0.25 Cup Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped
- 0.5 tsp Namak (Salt)or to taste
- 1 tbs Oil
- 0.25 tsp Chaat masala
- 0.5 Cup Cheddar cheese gratedor as required
- Hari mirch (Green chili)
Directions
Jug mein anday,hara dhania,tamatar,hara pyaz,kali mirch powder,namak aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein oil aur aloo grated dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chaat masala aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ab anday ka mixture dal ker pheela lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya halki ancch per paka lein.
Cheddar cheese,lal mirch crushed aur hari mirch dal dein aur dhak ker cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
