Bowl mein beef qeema,lehsan powder,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Mixture ko lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka 3 patties bana lein.
Frying pan mein oil dal dein aur beef patty ko dono sides sa fry ker lein (4-5 minutes each side).
Cheese slice ko beef patty per rakh dein aur cheese melt hunay tak dhak dein & side per rakh dein.
Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough ko dono sides sa paka lein (10 seconds each side) & side per rakh dein.
Half cooked flat bread (roti) per mozzarella cheese,lettuce leaves,tomato ketchup aur mayonnaise dal dein.
Beef patty rakh dein aur flat bread (roti) ka tamam edges ko fold ker lein aur egg white laga ker seal ker lein.
Ziploc bag mein dal ker 1-2 din kliya refrigerate ker saktay han.
Frying pan mein oil dal dein aur beef burger paratha ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein.
