Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken (with bones)
- 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Salt (As Needed)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- 2 glasses Hot Water
- 1/2 cup Flour in lukewarm water
- 1 tsp fennel Powder

Now add, ginger & garlic paste, salt, chicken, yogurt, red chilli powder, red chilli crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Now add, dry ginger powder (Sonth), hot water and steam it for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
Now add, flour with lukewarm water, garnish, fennel powder and lemon.
Your tasty Chicken Nihari is ready to serve.
