- 2 Cups Chawal (Rice) (soaked & boiled)
- 2 Anday (Egg) beaten
- ¾ Cup Bund gobhi (Cabbage) finely chopped
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
- 1 tsp Namak (Salt)or to taste
- 1 tsp Til ka tel (Sesame oil)
- 2 tbs Oil
- ¾ Cup Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped
- ½ tsp Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder)
- 1 tsp Cheeni (Sugar)
- ¾ Cup Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Directions
Tray per boiled chawal dal ker pheela lein aur thanda ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein oil aur anday dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Gajar aur bund gobhi dal dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
Boiled chawal dal ker mix & toss ker lein.
Safed mirch powder,chicken powder,cheeni,namak aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Til ka tel dal ker mix ker lein & serve karein.
