- 10-12 fresh green chilies
- 3 Big white fried onions

For Rice Boiling:
- 2 tsb cooking oil
- 2 leaves
- 4-5 cinnamon sticks
- 10-12 black pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 3 tsp Salt
- 16 Cups water
For chicken cooking:
- 1 Cup cooking oil
- 1 Badi elaichi (Black cardamom)
- 2 pieces cinnamon sticks
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 6 cloves
- garlic & ginger paste
- 2 Big Potatoes
For Rice Dum:
Remaining fresh Coriander & mint
- 2 tsb kevra
- 0.25 tps food color
Remaining friend onion
- 2 tsb Desi ghee
- 0.5 Cup boiled rice water
- 5 minutes medium heat and 10 minutes low heat
