Ingredients
- 0.25 Cup Oil
- 0.25 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) powder(optional)
- 2 Tamatar (Tomato) pureed
- 1 tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder)or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Namak (Salt)or to taste
- 1 Cup Soya (Dill) chopped
- 0.5 tsp Garam masala powder
- Hara mirch (Green chili)
- 1 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds)
- 1 & 0.5 tsp Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)
- 0.5 tsp Haldee powder (Turmeric powder)
- 0.5 tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
- 1 Cup Masoor daal (Split orange lentil) (soaked 1 hour)
- 2 Cups Pani (Water)or as required
- 2 tbs Desi ghee (melted)
- Dill (Soya)
Directions
Pot mein oil aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,hing dal ker mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Haldee powder dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch powder,dhania powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Masoor daal aur soya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein,ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki darmiyani ancch per daal gul janay tak paka lein.
Garam masala powder dal ker dhak dein aur 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
Desi ghee melted dal dein.
Hari mirch,dill aur desi ghee dal ker serve karein.
