Ingredients
- 1.5 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 Hari elaichi (Green cardamom)
- 1 tsp Kewra water
- 3 cups Sooji (Semolina)
- 0.5 cup Ghee
- 2 tbs KhopraDesiccated coconut
- Badam (almond)sliced
- Pista (Pistachio)sliced
Directions
-Saucepan mein cheeni,pani,hari elaichi aur kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per cheeni ghul janay aur sheera garha ho janay tak paka lein (one string consistency).
-Sheeray mein sa hari elaichi ko nikal ker discard ker dein aur & sheeray ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein sooji dal dein aur halki ancch per khushbu anay tak dry roast ker lein (approx. 10-12 minutes).
-Ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar sheera dal dein,chulha on karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Greased baking tray 9 x 12“(with ghee) per tayyar sooji mixture,khopra,badam aur pista dal ker firmly press ker lein.
-Desired pieces mein cut karein aur 2 hours set hunay kliya rakh dein & serve karein!
