1 Cup Baisan (Gram flour)
0.25 tsp Haldee powder (Turmeric powder)
0.5 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Namak (Salt) or to taste
0.5 tsp Zeera (cumin seeds) roasted & crushed
2 tbs Pyaz (Onion) chopped
250 gms Chicken boneless cubes
0.25 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder)
1 tsp Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed
1 tsp Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed or to taste
2 tbs Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
0.5 Cup Pani (Water) or as required
Cooking oil for frying

Bowl mein baisan,baking soda,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,chaat masala,dhania,namak,lal mirch crushed,zeera,hara dhania aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur batter tayyar ker lein aur 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.

Chicken boneless cubes ko batter mein dip ker lein.

Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown fry ker lein.
