Ingredients
- 2 tbs Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbs Tomato ketchup
- 1.5 tbs Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tps Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
- 1 tps Namak (Salt)or to taste
- 0.25 Cup cornflour
- 0.5 Cup All purpose flour
- 0.25 Cup wateror as required
- 350 g Chicken boneless cubes
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- 1 .5 tbs Lehsan (Garlic) chopped
- 1 tbs Adrak (Ginger) chopped
- 0.25 Cup Tomato ketchup
- 3 tbs Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbs Soy sauce
- 1.5 tbs Sirka (Vinegar)
- 1 tsp Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
- 0.5 tps Namak (Salt)or to taste
- 1 tsp Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- 0.5 Cup water
- 1 medium Pyaz (Onion) cubes
- 1 medium Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
- 1-2 tbs Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
- 150g Penne pastaboiled as per pack’s instruction

Directions
In a bowl,add chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,ginger garlic paste,egg,black pepper powder,salt,cornflour, all-purpose flour and whisk well. -Gradually add water and whisk well. -Add chicken and mix well. -In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken on medium low flame until golden brown & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and mix well for a minute. -Add tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,black pepper crushed,salt,red chilli crushed and mix well. -Add water and mix well. -Add onion,capsicum,fried chicken and mix well. -Add green onion leaves and mix well. -Now add boiled penne pasta and give it a good mix. -Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!
