



Prepare Pakora Batter: | |
1 Cup Beasn (Gram flour) sifted | |
1 tsp Baking powder | |
½ tsp Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) | |
2 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds) | |
1-2 tbs Pani (Water) | |
1 large Pyaz (Onion) sliced | |
1 Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped | |
¼ Cup Pani (Water) | |
1 & ½ tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) | |
1 tsp Garam masala powder | |
1 & ½ tsp Namak (Salt) | |
2 tbs Olive oil | |
1 large Aloo (Potato) julienne | |
¼ Cup Hara dhania & Podina (Fresh coriander & Mint leaves) chopped |
Bowl mein besan aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan whisk ker ka thick paste tayyar ker lein.
Baking soda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch powder,haldee powder,garam masala powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Olive oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Pyaz,aloo,hari mirch aur hara dhania & podina dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Option no.1: Baked Pakora
Baking tray per ramekins rakh dein aur olive oil sa grease ker lein.
Tayyar pakora mixture dal dein aur preheated oven mein 200 C per 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Option no.2: Air Fried Pakora
Air fryer machine mein ramekins rakh ker olive oil sa grease ker lein aur tayyar pakora mixture dal ker 200 C per 10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
