Gulab jamun Dough
- 3-4 Cup Milk powder90g
- 1 tsp Clarified butter/Ghee
- 1.5 pinch Baking sodaapproximately
- 1 tbs Semolina/sooji-10 g
- 2 tbs Plane flour/Maida15 g
- 3 tbs Milkor as required (at room tempreture)
- for frying Oil/Ghee
Gulab jamun Syrup
- 1 Cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 tsp lemon Juice
- 2 Vinegar cardamom
