3-4 Cup Milk powder 90g
1 tsp Clarified butter/Ghee
1.5 pinch Baking soda approximately
1 tbs Semolina/sooji- 10 g
2 tbs Plane flour/Maida 15 g
3 tbs Milk or as required (at room tempreture)
for frying Oil/Ghee

1 Cup water
1 cup sugar
0.5 tsp lemon Juice
2 Vinegar cardamom
